Cold-resistant Agents for Plant: Research Advances

Abstract

Abstract:

The aim is to provide a scientific basis for the development and application of plant cold-resistant agents. Firstly, the definition and features of plant cold-resistant agents were briefly introduced, and their mechanism was analyzed by summarizing the effects of the physiological indexes, such as free-proline, soluble sugar concentration and protective enzyme activity in plant cells, on cold resistance. Then the research progress of cold-resistance mechanism of plant in domestic and abroad, and the research and development process of plant cold-resistant agents were summarized chronologically, and the research status of plant cold-resistant agents was described in detail. At last, the existing problems and the future development trend of the research and development of plant cold-resistant agents were briefly analyzed, and some predictions were made on the direction of future research.
