Abstract:

To reveal the interspecific relationship of dominant species of the subalpine meadow community in Yunding Mountain, Shanxi, the interspecific relationship of 78 species-pairs among 13 dominant species in the community was measured by interspecific association and correlation. The results showed that: the correlation associations of most species-pairs among the 13 dominant species were non-significant and loose, which illustrated that the community structure of the subalpine meadow in Yunding Mountain was unstable and faced the risk of ecological degradation. Most of the native dominant species occupied the major position in the community, but at the same time, a few of the non-native dominant species had obvious advantages, and there was a retrogressive succession tendency to replace the typical native dominant species, this was due to the frequent human disturbance caused by tourism. Thus, the intensity of tourism development and tourist number should be reasonably controlled, in order to keep the stability and self-sustaining of subalpine meadow ecosystem, and to efficiently maintain the economic and ecological value of subalpine meadow in Yunding Mountain.
