Abstract:

To explore the best proportion of earthworm dung in the medium of grape cuttage seedling cultivation, we used the cutting seedlings of annual ‘Zitian’ grape as the test material, and designed six different substrates with different proportions of earthworm manure, peat and garden soil, to explore the effect of earthworm manure and the substrates with different ratios of earthworm manure on the height, diameter and internode length of grape and on root length, root surface area and other root indexes. The results showed that when the ratio of earthworm manure, peat and garden soil was 2:3:1, the growth index and root index of cuttage were the best. The study could provide a basis for the selection of grape seedling medium.
