Abstract:

To improve the rooting rate and survival rate of the seedlings, the rooting characteristics of Cryptocarya concinna were discussed, and the influence of exogenous hormones and matrix factors on the cutting was analyzed, so as to provide scientific reference for the seedling breeding and tree propagation. The effects of exogenous hormones and substrate on cutting rooting were studied by means of variance analysis, correlation analysis and principal component analysis, using L9(3 4) orthogonal experiment design and taking the species of C. concinna as research objects. The results showed that: taking yellow soil as the substrate, the rooting rate of C. concinna was the highest, up to 70.0%, which was significantly higher than that of river sand, peat soil and coconut. IAA treatment had the highest rooting rate and sprouting rate, up to 66.7% and 52.2%, among different hormone treatments. The rooting rate of cuttings was the highest by the hormone concentration of 250 mg/L and decreased with the increase of hormone concentration, but the basal callus rate was the opposite. The influence of different soaking time on the rooting rate and the basal callus rate of C. concinna was different, with the highest rooting rate in the 30 min treatment and the highest basal callus rate in the 10 min treatment. Based on the results of three statistical analysis methods, it is found that the effect of rooting and sprouting on cutting of C. concinna is the best with the rooting rate of 76.7% and the sprouting rate of 70.0% when the yellow soil is used as the cutting substrate, and IBA rooting solution with a concentration of 250 mg/L is used to soak the base of cuttings for 10 min.
