Abstract:

To explore the actual application effect of landscaping waste resource utilization products in landscaping and soil improvement, and promote the resource utilization of landscaping waste, in this experiment, organic fertilizer and biomass charcoal, which are the products of landscaping resource utilization, were used in the greening of urban parks. Loropetalum chinensis, Axonopus compressus, and Pennisetum purpurea were selected as shrubs and herbs in landscaping, to evaluate the application effect of landscaping waste resource utilization products by measuring the chlorophyll content, plant height and soil nutrients of plants in different treatments. The results show that the use of organic fertilizer and biochar could effectively increase the chlorophyll content of the three plants and promote plant growth. Organic fertilizers have different effects on the soil nutrient content of Loropetalum chinensis, but could improve the soil moisture content and electrical conductivity. In addition, organic fertilizer and biochar could significantly increase the soil nutrient content of A. compressus and Pennisetum purpurea, which are more conducive to plant growth. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for the application of landscaping waste resource utilization products in landscaping in terms of plant growth and soil nutrients, and at the same time lays a foundation for the resource utilization of landscaping waste. Subsequent research should be carried out on the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil to further enrich the above theoretical basis.
