Abstract:

The study aims to explore secondary metabolite resources of endophytic fungus RP2 which is isolated from Glycyrrhiza uralensis and increase the accessing ways for volatile aroma components. Endophytic fungus RP2 was chosen as the object and identified by morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis, and its volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that endophytic fungus RP2 was identified as Fusarium oxysporum. 11 volatile components were isolated and identified from the RP2 fermentation liquid, and 6 components were isolated and identified from RP2 mycelium. RP2 can produce a variety of volatile aroma components that can be widely used in current industrial production, such as 2-phenylethanol. This study is of great significance for the development and utilization of RP2.
