The Realistic Dilemma and Path Choice of the High-quality Development of Family Farms in Shandong Province

Abstract:

Family farm is an important carrier and basic support for realizing agricultural modernization on the basis of “small farmers in big countries”. In recent years, family farms in Shandong Province have developed rapidly but the overall development quality is not high. Under the development requirements of the new economic period, it is of great significance to comprehensively promote the transformation of family farms to high-quality development. Based on the sorting out of family farm support policies in Shandong Province, this article divided the development of family farms by stages, and combines relevant statistical data to analyze the development status of family farms in Shandong, summarized the prominent problems facing the current high-quality development of family farms. Therefore, it is necessary to choose perfect land circulation system, promote the rural talent incentive training mechanism, provide diversified government subsidy support, increase government service supply, and promote the development of agricultural socialized service system, comprehensively promote the transformation and upgrading of family farms from incremental to quality improvement.
