Abstract: Iphigenia indica Knuth is a kind of small herbs in Iphigenia genus, Liliaceae. It is almost close to extinction. The bulb contained colchicines. The seeds production of the plant had been researched. The appropriate conditions for seeds germination were 25~28℃, pH6.2~7.5, 1800Lx illumination for 18 hours, hot water treatment at 50℃ for 12 to 18 hours, low temperature treatment（9℃）for 5 days, or variable temperature treatment（4℃ and 9℃）for 5 days, 180 days stored.
