Study on the Relation Between 60Coγ radiation with TSNA Accumulation of Flue-cured Tobacco

Abstract: In order to find the measures of reducing the TSNA contents of tobacco, there are three different 60Coγ radiation treatment on the flue-cured tobacco K326, Hongda and Yunyuan 85, the TSNA of sample of mature leaf was detected by using the method of international criterion during different stage, so that find the variation law. The result showed that the total TSNA of the three flue-cured tobacco of the CK, K326 was the highest, Hongda was the second, Yunyuan85 was the lowest. When the 60Coγ radiation was 300rad level, the average TSNA of the three flue-cured tobacco all was reduced. Compared to CK, Hongda was redced 16.9%, Yunyuan 85 was reduced 4.6%. So the 60Coγ radiation of 300rad level could reduce the TSNAs of Hongda. the total TSNA of the mature leaf of the three flue-cured tobacco showed the same law: NNK was the highest, NAT was the second, NNN was the third, NAB was the lowest.
