Abstract: Agro-tourism is the special agriculture that combines the production, life and the ecosystem, and is organic fusion of the district agriculture and leisure tour industry, and is also a kind of new industry that promotes an economic development of village, so it realizes high unification of the agricultural ecosystem effect, social effect and economic effect. This thesis enumerates each expert ‘s different interpretation concerning agro-tourism. After thorough analysis, we unify to definite its content and postpone outside, and concentrates on thorough inquiry into the basic characteristic, the social economic function and the demand on management. So it is necessary to study theory and manipulate measure of agro-tourism exploitation and management.
