Abstract: The preservation of crops materials plays very important role in research and utilization of resources. In this paper, artificial synthesis Brassica napus, named KH106, KH109 and KH111D, has been separately studied regeneration capability of scape, germen and flower stalk as explants. It showed that KH106, which derives from B. albograbra Bailey × B. Parichinensis, had higher regeneration frequency than other two lines KH109 and KH111D, which derive from B.oleracea Var aceaphala × B.campetris. As for different explants, average regeneration frequency of flower stalk was higher with significant level than others. In addition, Some different explants were pretreated with different medium for different periods, the result indicated that regeneration frequency is higher when explants were not pretreated and transited directly on the differentiation medium.
