Abstract: Tobacco disease was a limit condition in tobacco production. The research of tobacco resistance and resistant breeding was efficient approach to solve the problem. Plant resistance is a complex process, some correlated enzymes, including superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), peroxidase(POD), ascorbate peroxidease(APX), phenylalanine ammonialyas (PAL), polyphenoloxidas(PPO) and so on, play a very important regulatable role, The correlations between aggravation of diseases and enzymes activity were significant. Owing to the conditions, such as man-made factor in the process of mensurating enzymes activity, there have been not a rule by now, which can describe the changs of enzymes activity can be used as indentificantion indes on tobacco disease exactly. In order to definitude the productive enzymes activity in the interaction between tobacco and pathogens, The changes of scavenging enzymes activity in tobacco after infection, and the enzymes activity related to secondary metabblism, and the correlations between these changes and tobacco resistance were reviewed. The research prospects in this area were also discussed.
