Abstract: The paper presented general strategy and principles in deal with six conflicts and relations in development of modern agriculture in China after analyzed several limited key factors and conflicts in order to find out the pathway for development of modern agriculture. After the basic target and task for modern agriculture in China being discussed, the development priority of modern agriculture in enhance infra-construction and facility, going on economic system reform, establishment of farmer organization, strength support and protection from government, speeding up forming of social service system, more state financial input and better agricultural bank system, pushing intensive input in large scale, regulating inner structure in agriculture, recreation national research system of agricultural science and technology, reorganizing new agricultural implementation system, improving system of public education and technology training in rural area were given in detail.
