Abstract:

To determine the effect of Trichoderma preparation on the growth promotion of Jasminum sambac and the amount of microorganism in rhizosphere soil, the plant height of J. sambac was measured in field after the application of Trichoderma preparation, and the amount of fungi and bacteria in rhizosphere soil was measured by dilution separation method. The results showed that, among the three Trichoderma preparations, T9 and H6 treatments could significantly increase the amount of fungi in the rhizosphere soil of J. sambac. The amount of fungi treated with T9 was the highest, which was 14.19×104 spore/g, 196.86% higher than that of the control. The amount of bacteria in the rhizosphere soil of J. sambac was significantly increased by three Trichoderma preparations, and the amount of bacteria treated with T9 was the highest, which was 21.68×106 CFU/g, 222.14% higher than that of the control. The growth of J. sambac was promoted by three kinds of Trichoderma preparations. The plant height treated with T9 was 43.37 cm, which was 22.10% higher than that of the control. Trichoderma preparation of T9 can significantly increase the amount of rhizosphere microorganisms and promote the growth of jasmine.
