Abstract: Rural informal organization exists in various forms, the most representative organizations are the clan organization, religious organization, the organization which farmers established spontaneous safeguard their rights and the new type of rural cooperative economic organization. The existence of these informal organizations greatly satisfies farmers’ production, life and spiritual needs. It has vital importance to the social stability and economic development. Based on the different characteristics of the non-governmental organizations, the healthy development of the rural informal organizations can guided according to correspond the relationship between formal and informal organizations, clamp down the informal organizations, criterion the informal organization, etc.
