Abstract: To control tobacco wild fire disease rationally, reduce resistance and reduce pesticide pollution, 43 strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci were isolated from 8 region of Yunnan province and all isolates were determined their resistance to agricultural streptomycin. The results indicated that of all tested isolates, there were 8 high resistance, 17 middle resistance and 18 low resistance isolates respectively. The isolates fungicide resistance from different region was different obviously, the highest resistant isolate come from Wenshan and Kunming region, Honghe isolates had the lowest resistance among all tested isolates. The evident disparity of high-resistance, mid-resistance and low-resistance isolates ratio was exist at different region. 25# from Wenshan Qiubei was the highest agricultural streptomycin resistant isolate, its resistance multiple arrived to 45908 compared to the lowest resistance isolate 34#, which from Yanshan of Wenshan. The EC50 of 43 Pseudomonas syringae pv. tabaci isolates against agricultural streptomycin was 4.65 in average, was in the range of 0.004~183.631. The average resistance multiple of high-resistance, mid-resistance and low-resistance isolates was 6124.69, 49.72, 6.40 respectively.
