消费者对安全食品的认知及购买行为分析

摘要: 摘要:本文通过上海市生鲜食品消费的调查数据考察了消费者对安全食品的认知及购买行为。研究表明,消费者对安全食品的关注及认知程度均较高,但是了解的程度不深。在对影响安全食品的认知及购买行为的因素分析中,性别、年龄、婚否、收入、家庭规模、对安全食品的关切度等变量均影响了消费者对安全食品的认知及购买行为。最后提出政府应加大安全食品的宣传、加强安全食品消费市场的培育、对安全食品的生产与经营进行补贴等建议。

Abstract: Abstract: Based on data from a survey on fresh food consumption in Shanghai, this paper analyzes consumer awareness and purchase behavior of safety food. The results indicate that consumers concern about safety food and awareness levels are high but no deep understanding. In the factor analysis of awareness and purchase behavior for safety food, the variables such as gender, age, marriage, income, family scale all affect consumer’s awareness and purchase behavior for safe food. In the end, the paper suggests government should promote publicity of safe food, develop market for safe food and provide subsidy for production and management marketing of safe food.
