玉米弯孢叶斑病菌生理分化的同工酶及蛋白分析

Analysis of Isozymes and Proteins Related to Physiological Differentiation of Curvularia lunata in Maize

摘要: 利用同功酶电泳技术对采自国内的23个玉米弯孢叶斑病菌菌株进行可溶性蛋白以及SOD、ETS、PPO、MDH、PO等酶系分析,发现不同菌株间存在差异;对菌株进行聚类分析结果表明在连锁距离0.36上将所有菌株聚合在一起,大致可以分成7个组,与病菌致病性分组有些一致或相近,但也有些不同或关系不密切。

Abstract: Utilizing the technology of electrophoresis on isozyme, the soluble protein 、SOD、 ETS、PPO、MDH、PO and so on which are obtained from 23 Curvularia lunatas in maize are analyzed. The results show that there is much difference among different strain.The finding obtained by cluster analysis on these stains shows that the stains may be generally divided into 7 series when they get together on the interconnection distance of 0.36.This finding is similar to the grouping by pathogeniciy, but there is also some difference or less close relationship.
