农业有机废弃物发酵基质番茄育苗的试验研究

An optimization test on nutrient solution prescription of peanut shell substrate in tomato plug seedling

摘要:

以番茄为材料,研究农业有机废弃物发酵基质对幼苗生长和质量的影响,结果表明,7种基质中,以玉米秸发酵基质:蛭石=3:1配制的复合基质效果最好,播种后30d和45d幼苗的株高、茎粗、地上部干鲜重、根干重以及壮苗指数均为最高,与对照(草炭:蛭石=3:1)差异显著,叶绿素含量、光合速率、根系活力显著高于对照,农业废弃物与牛粪配合利用,可以替代草炭应用于工厂化育苗,变废为宝。

Abstract:

The research for tomato plug seedling using the peanut shell: cattle manure: vermiculite=3:3:2(V/V/V)as a substrate studied matching simple nutrient solution prescription. The results showed that prescription 4(0.5%the ternary compound fertilizer+0.2%impact application organic fertilizer1) and prescription 2 (0.8%the ternary compound fertilizer)and prescription 6(biogas fluid dilution one time) had significant difference comparison of the clean water control respectively, and the testing indexes were better than other treatments ,of which prescription 4 was optimum, prescription 2 and prescription 6 were superior.
