贵州西南部大树茶生化特性研究

Study on the Biochemical Components of Tea Camellias in Southwest Guizhou Province

摘要:

针对贵州西南部安顺市、黔西南州、六盘水市、兴义市等地现存大树茶,进行4项常规生化成分含量测定并与贵州主栽品种‘福鼎大白茶’作比较分析,研究大树茶的生化特性、适制性、栽培利用价值及饮用价值等。结果表明,贵州西南部各地大树茶与‘福鼎大白茶’的水浸出物和咖啡碱含量之间无显著差异(P=0.05);各地大树茶资源的氨基酸含量无显著差异,但均显著低于‘福鼎大白茶’。总体来看,贵州西南部各地大树茶的氨基酸含量较低,咖啡碱、茶多酚含量则较高;酚氨比值均在8以上,适制红茶,直接栽培利用价值不大,可作为高咖啡碱、高茶多酚茶树新品种的育种材料。

Abstract:

Aim at the extant tea camellias in southwest guizhou province such as Anshun city, Qianxinan state,Liupanshui city,Xingyi city and so on,we did four routine item biochemical components content test to study their biochemical character, adaptability, cultivation value in use ,drink value and so on,compared with the Fuding Dabaicha which was most cultivation in guizhou province.The results showed the all ea camellias’ Water extract and caffeine content had no significant difference but the amino acid content were significant low,to Fuding Dabaicha. Overall,all the tea camellias in southwest guizhou province had low amino acid content but high caffeine and tea polyphones’ content,and the phenol/animo value were over8.So their adaptability were to make black tea and the direct cultivation value were low,but they could use as high caffeine or high tea polyphenols breeding tea varity.
