摘要：

农业技术推广是解决三农问题的重要手段。全国科普示范县(市、区)活动以提高城乡居民科学素质，服务县域经济发展为目的，自开展以来已历时十余年，在农业技术推广方面积累了一定的建设经验。本文从传播学的角度分析了全国科普示范县（市、区）对农业技术推广的促进作用，并对全国科普示范县(市、区)活动如何进一步发挥示范带动作用提出了政策建议。

Abstract:

Agricultural technology extension is an effective way for solving the “three agricultures” problems. The activity of founding National Science Popularization Exemplary Counties (Cities/Districts) with the aim of promoting Citizens’Scientific Literacy and advocating the sustainable development in the county level has lasted for more than 10 years and accumulated a lot of experience on agricultural technology extension. With the view of Science Communication, this paper analyzed the promotion effect of National Science Popularization Exemplary Counties (Cities/Districts) to agricultural technology extension and made policy suggestions on how to exert the exemplary role to other districts.
