Distrbution and Morphological Observation of Argyrophil Cells in Digestive Tract of Eremias argus

摘要:

为了研究丽斑麻蜥消化道嗜银细胞的分布、密度及形态。采用Grimelius银染法,结果表明:在丽斑麻蜥的消化道中嗜银细胞分布广泛,见于其全长。从其分布密度曲线可以看出,胃体和胃贲门部是嗜银细胞分布密度的最高峰,胃幽门部分布密度最低。嗜银细胞形态多样,主要有锥体形、长梭形、蝌蚪形、圆形以及椭圆形。广泛分布于上皮细胞基部、上皮细胞之间、腺泡上皮细胞之间。根据其形态,认为丽斑麻蜥消化道内嗜银细胞具有内、外分泌2种功能,同时丽斑麻蜥消化道内嗜银细胞分布型的形成可能与其食性及消化道各部位功能有关。

Abstract:

To study the distribution and morphology of argyrophil cells in digestive tract of Eremias argus. The Grimelius argyrophil staining technique was used. The results were as follows: the argyrophil cells were wide spreading, could be found throughout the digestive tract. The distribution curve showed that, the distributed density of argyrophil cells in digestive tract is the highest in stomach and cardia, pyloric part of stomach distribute the density lowest. The shapes of argyrophil cells were diverse, there was tapering, long shuttle, tadpole, round and ellipse. The argyrophil cells distribute at the basal region of epithelial cells between epithelial cells and between glandular epithelial cells. Thinking that argyrophil cells in digestive tract of Eremias argus might have both exocrine and endocrine functions. The origin of distributive mode of argyrophil cells in the digestive tract of Eremias argus was related to feeding habit and physiological function in different regions of digestive tracts.
