水稻小麦秸秆成分近红外光谱快速分析研究

Rapid Analysis of Rice and Wheat Straw Components by Near-Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要: 农作物秸秆可作为清洁的燃料使用,其燃料特性的快速检测对于秸秆的能源转换利用具有重要的意义。通过对秸秆样品的纤维素,半纤维素和木质素含量和热值之间的相关关系研究发现,判断秸秆发热量的主要能量指标为木质素和半纤维素2种成分;小麦秸秆和水稻秸秆的各成分含量的方差分析结果表明,水稻秸秆中的灰分、N、P、Na和Mg的含量显著性高于小麦秸秆(P<0.01);而热值、挥发分、固定碳、纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、C和H的含量显著性低于麦秸(P<0.01);2种秸秆的水分、K、Ca和Fe含量差异不显著(P>0.05);利用秸秆中C、H、N的含量建立多元线性模型预测样品的热值,预测值和真值之间的相关关系决定系数R2达到0.9273,均方根误差为224 J/g。

Abstract: Crop straw can be used as clean fuel, rapid detection of the fuel properties for straw energy utilization has important significance. This paper through studying the content and calorific value correlation between cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the straw samples, found that lignin and hemicellulose two ingredients as the main energy indexes determine calorific value of straw. The results of variance analysis of each ingredient content of wheat and rice straw showed that: ash content, N, P, Na, and Mg contents in rice straw were significantly higher than those in wheat straw (P<0.01); the calorific value and the contents of volatile, fixed carbon, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, C and H in rice straw were significantly lower than those in the wheat straw(P<0.01); the difference of moisture, K, Ca, and Fe contents in rice and wheat straw was not significant(P>0.05). Based on the C, H, N contents in straw, established multiple linear model to predict the thermal value of the sample, the Correlation Coefficient of Determination (R2) of the predicted value and the true value reached 0.9273, root mean square error of 224 J/g.
