武汉城市圈耕地资源生态服务价值核算

Evaluation on Ecological Service Value of Arable Land Resource in Wuhan City Circle

摘要: 为加强对耕地资源的保护意识,有必要了解和评估耕地资源的生态价值服务功能。基于耕地生态系统服务功能价值的基础理论,从耕地资源的生态系统服务功能价值出发,选取耕地资源的气体调节功能价值、大气净化功能价值、水源涵养价值、土地保持价值、土壤营养保持价值和维持生物多样性功能价值这6种服务功能价值作为测算因子,利用市场价值法对2007—2009年和2010—2012年武汉城市圈耕地资源生态服务功能的价值年均值进行测算,最终定量计算出武汉城市圈耕地资源2007—2009年和2010—2012年的年价值总量分别为730038.69万元和714774.99万元,经过多年的发展,该地区耕地资源生态价值降低了2.09%。从各组成来看,耕地资源的气体调节功能和水源涵养功能的重要性位居各组成前列。从空间分布来看,2010—2012年年均耕地生态价值最高的是黄冈市(172530.7万元),最低的是鄂州市(21786.86万元)。从空间变化来看,耕地生态价值只有潜江市有所增加,而其他城市耕地生态价值均为下降。研究结论对制定区域耕地保护政策,特别对耕地补偿政策和促进耕地资源的区域合理配置具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: In order to strengthen the protection consciousness of cultivated land resource, it is necessary to understand and assess the value of cultivated land resource ecological service function. The arable land ecosystem service function value contains the gas regulating function value, air purification function value, water conservation value, land conservation value, soil nutrient conservation value and maintain biodiversity value. Based on the method of market value, cultivated land resources of ecosystem service function value was 7300.3869 million yuan from 2007 to 2009, and 7147.7499 million yuan from 2010 to 2012 in Wuhan City Circle. After three years of development, cultivated land ecological value had decreased by about 2.09%. From the point of each composition, gas regulating function and water conservation function were the most important. From the point of spatial distribution, the highest annual average ecological value of the cultivated land was in Huanggang (172.5307 million yuan), while the lowest was in Ezhou (217.8686 million yuan) from 2010 to 2012. From the point of space change, the cultivated land ecological value increased only in Qianjiang City, while farmland ecological value in other cities was falling. The conclusion has certain directive significance to formulating the cultivated land protection policy and reasonably distributing the farmland for Wuhan City Circle and other regions.
