不同药剂对烟草青枯病的防治效果

Control Effects of Different Medicaments on Tobacco Bacterial Wilt in Tobacco Field

摘要: 为了解烟草青枯病药剂的防治效果,在龙岩烟区进行不同药剂对烟草青枯病的防效试验,结果表明:不同处理对烟草青枯病田间防效间差异有统计学意义。72%农用硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂(华北制药集团制剂有限公司)防效较好,达36.15%;20%青枯灵可湿性粉剂及72%农用硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂(石家庄曙光制药厂)防效较差,分别为16.11%和14.77%;其余防效居中。此外,各处理对烟株生长发育(农艺性状)、烟叶化学成分等均没有明显影响或药害。因此,在龙岩等南方烟区,在确认产品合格前提下,可推广使用成都普惠生物工程有限公司、华北制药集团制剂有限公司生产的72%农用硫酸链霉素可溶性粉剂,防控烟草青枯病较好,但尽量不要把甲霜灵锰锌可湿性粉剂与农用硫酸链霉素混用,否则易降低防效。

Abstract: In order to select more effective control medicaments against tobacco bacterial wilt of flue-cured tobacco, field experiments on tobacco bacterial wilt were conducted in Longyan, and the control effects were calculated. The results showed that the control effect of 72% streptomycin sulfate WP (North China Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.) was the best, which was 36.15%; the control effects of 20% metalaxyl thiram WP and 72% streptomycin sulfate WP (Shijiazhuang Shuguang Pharmaceutical Factory) were the worst. Their control effects were 16.11% and 14.77%, respectively. Phytotoxicity of the several control medicaments did not appear against tobacco plants in different treatments. Therefore, 72% streptomycin sulfate WP (Chengdu Pratt & Whitney Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. or North China Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.) is better against tobacco bacterial wilt in Longyan, Fujian Province. However, the mixed use of streptomycin sulfate WP and metalaxyl mancozeb WP should be avoided for better control effects.
