秋播蚕豆主要农艺性状的主成分分析

Principal Component Analysis of Main Agronomic Traits in Autumn Broad Bean

摘要: 为对蚕豆多品种、多性状等多指标体系进行科学的评价,对12个秋播品种的8个农艺性状进行相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明:除生育期变异系数较小外,其余均较大;各农艺性状间存在复杂的相关关系;提取的3个主成分能够解释所有性状信息的86.318%,第1主成分为产量相关因子,贡献率为56.187%,第2主成分为生育期因子,贡献率为19.156%,第3主成分为荚长与株高因子,贡献率为10.975%。综合表现较好的3个品种分别是‘织金小青皮’、‘监利小蚕豆’和‘成胡18号’,研究为蚕豆多品种综合评价及品种筛选提供一种新的方法和途径。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the multi index system of autumn broad bean, the correlation and principal component analysis were used to research 8 agronomic traits of 12 autumn broad bean varieties. The results showed that: except that the coefficient variation of the growth period was small, the coefficient variations of the rest traits were large, and there were complex correlations among all the agronomic traits. The contribution ratio of accumulated variance reached 86.318% , 3 principal components reflected relative characteristics of 8 agronomic traits, the first principal component was the factor of yield with 56.187% contribution rate, the second principal component was the factor of growth period with 19.156% contribution rate, the third principal component was the factor of pod length and plant height with 10.975% contribution rate. Three varieties with top comprehensive score were‘Zhijinxiaoqingpi’ ,‘Jianlixiaocandou’and‘Chenghu18’ . The evaluation method to autumn broad bean is practicable and is a new way for comprehensive evaluation of broad bean multiple varieties and multiple traits.
