镉超标耕地蔬菜重金属污染调查与健康风险评价

Heavy-metal Pollution Investigation and Health Risk Assessment for Vegetables in Cadmium Exceeded Cultivated Land

摘要: 为了研究矿区周边耕地居民种植的蔬菜重金属污染状况及其食用的健康风险,对岳阳市某工矿区典型镉超标耕地及种植的部分蔬菜进行了重金属Cd、Pb 含量调查分析,通过原子吸收仪器分析所采样品的Cd、Pb 含量。结果表明:该工矿区耕地主要为Cd超标;但是种植的蔬菜可食用部分Cd、Pb 含量均超过了国家无公害蔬菜限量标准,差异显著性检验表明Cd、Pb含量水平在不同蔬菜中存在显著差异,叶菜类污染指数和富集系数大于果菜类。通过对该区域蔬菜进行健康风险评估后发现,摄入叶菜类蔬菜对当地居民健康存在较高的风险。因此,该区域耕地不宜种植蔬菜,应对耕地修复治理或进行种植结构调整。

Abstract: A survey was carried out with the aim to investigate the contamination characteristics of heavy metals in edible parts of vegetables grown in mining area in Yueyang City, the health risk to local consumers was also studied. The concentrations of Cd and Pb in vegetables and soils were analyzed by atomic absorption instrument. The results showed that this region belonged to Cd exceeded soil, and the concentrations of Pb and Cd in edible parts of vegetables exceeded the limit standard. The Pb and Cd contents in vegetables were significantly different, the pollution index and enrichment index of leaf vegetables were higher than that of fruit vegetables. The results of health risk assessment showed that the local inhabitants had higher potential health risks by intake of leaf vegetables. Therefore, this region was not suitable for the cultivation of vegetables, and the cultivated land should be repaired and plantation structure should be adjusted.
