不同密度和生长调节剂对高粱产量及农艺性状影响的研究

Effects of Different Densities and Growth Regulators on Yield and Agronomic Characters of Sorghum

摘要: 旨在确定生长调节剂施用与高粱丰产种植密度的最佳耦合度。以高粱‘晋杂18 号’为材料,试验采用不同密度和化控试剂的双因子随机区组设计,3 次重复。化控试剂喷施浓度设置4 个梯度。结果表明,密度为150000 株/hm2 效果最佳。处理A1B2 光合速率分别比A2B2、A3B2 和CK 提高15.55%、22.22%和24.44%;处理A1B2 叶绿素含量分别比A2B2、A3B2 和CK提高7.01%、9.72%和17.06%;处理A1B2 高粱产量分别比A2B2、A3B2 和CK提高7.66%、9.10%和10.19%;处理A1B2 株高分别比A1B1、A1B3、A2B1、A2B2、A2B3、A3B1、A3B2、A3B3 和CK 降低了2.01%、2.76%、4.83%、6.45%、10.3%、6.21%、11.7%、13.78%、21.38%。低密度条件下,抗折力高于高密度种植条件。以处理A1B2 效果最佳。适宜浓度的乙烯利、矮壮素具有促进高粱多种生理代谢和提高光合性能的作用,最终使籽粒产量增加。确定生长调节剂施用与高粱丰产种植密度的最佳耦合度为乙烯利稀释200 倍喷施和高粱种植密度为150000株/hm2。

Abstract: The aim was to determine the best coupling between growth regulator application and high-yield planting density of sorghum. By using sorghum‘Jinza 18’as material, two-factor randomized block design was carried out with different densities and chemical control agents, and three replications were conducted. Four gradients of chemical control agents were set up. The results showed that the density of 150000 plant/hm2 was the best. The photosynthetic rates of A1B2 increased by 15.55%, 22.22% and 24.44%, compared with A2B2, A3B2 and CK. The chlorophyll content of A1B2 increased by 7.01%, 9.72% and 17.06%, compared with A2B2, A3B2 and CK. The yield of A1B2 increased by 7.66%, 9.10% and 10.19%, compared with A2B2, A3B2 and CK. The plant height of A1B2 decreased by 2.01%, 2.76% , 4.83%, 6.45%, 10.3%, 6.21%, 11.7%, 13.78%, 21.38%, compared with A1B1, A1B3, A2B1, A2B2, A2B3, A3B1, A3B2, A3B3 and CK. Under the condition of low density, flexural strength was higher than that under the high density condition. A1B2 was the best treatment. Suitable concentrations of ethephon and chlormequat could promote physiological metabolism of sorghum and enhance photosynthetic performance, and finally increase grain yield. The optimum coupling between growth regulator application and high-yield planting density of sorghum was ethylene diluted 200 times spraying and sorghum planting density of 150000/hm2.
