6种玉米品种耐盐性筛选

Salt Tolerance Screening of Six Maize Varieties

摘要: 针对不同玉米品种进行苗期耐盐性筛选,用以发掘和利用具有优良耐盐性状的玉米品种。本试验以蛭石为介质,设置0、45、95、145、195、245、295 mmol/L等7个NaCl浓度水平,进行耐盐性筛选。结果表明,6个玉米品种的生长临界NaCl浓度不同,‘潞玉39’和‘华农138’生长临界NaCl浓度约为 300 mmol/L,耐盐性较好;‘金苹618’的生长临界NaCl浓度为195.4 mmol/L,耐盐性较差。6种玉米品种叶片的POD活性、SOD活性、CAT活性约在195 mmol/L盐浓度下达到最大值,而且都随盐浓度的增大呈先升高后降低的趋势,但不同品种增加或降低的值有所差异。脯氨酸与丙二醛的含量都随盐浓度的增大呈上升趋势,但不同品种的增加值有所差异。综合分析,‘潞玉39’和‘华农138’耐盐性较好,更适宜在盐碱地上开展进一步田间研究。

Abstract: Screening different varieties of maize salt tolerance, pilot study its physiological mechanisms to explore and exploit maize varieties with excellent tolerance, and lay the foundation for the further study of saline soil field.This experiment uses vermiculite as medium,sets seven NaCl concentration levels of 0mmol/l、45mmol/l、95mmol/l、145mmol/l、195mmol/l、245mmol/l、295mmol/l,tests six maize varieties mass growth at seedling stage of Luyu 39、Huanong 138、Xianyu 335、Aoyu 3007、Yayu 8、Jinping 618, uses the regression equation between growth amount and salt concentration to draw the suitable growth concentration and critical concentration of six maize varieties.Test the activity change of antioxidant enzymes and content change of MDA and proline under different salt concentration stress. Analyze changes of physiological indices under different salt concentration stress. Filter the salt tolerance of six maize varieties.The results showed that the suitable growth NaCl concentration and critical growth NaCl concentration of 6 maize varieties are different. The suitable and critical growth NaCl concentration of Luyu 39 and Huanong 138 are 158.8mmol/l、300mmol/l, which has good salt tolerance. However, the suitable and critical growth NaCl concentration of Jinping 618 is 101.1mmol/l、195.4mmol/l, which has poor salt tolerance.POD activity, SOD activity, CAT activity of six maize varieties leaves, can reach the maximum value at about 195mmol/l salt concentration.With the salt concentration increase, the activity shows increase first then decrease, but it has difference for different varieties increase and decrease value.The content of Proline and MDA were increased with the salt concentration rising, but it varies with the increase value for different varieties. Comprehensive analysis, Luyu 39 and Huanong 138 has better salt tolerance, which is more suitable for further field studies on saline soil.
