Fusarium Wilt of Sand Watermelon: Medicament Screening

摘要: 依据压砂西瓜生产的现状,研究目的为提高植株整体的抗病能力及产量。方法采用多“宁硫酸铜钙”、“美派安克菌丹”、“爱根诺助剂”、“五氯硝基苯”等几种药剂对西瓜进行喷雾处理。测定其对西瓜幼苗某些生长、生理指标的影响。结果表明:采用几种药剂处理后,爱根诺助剂处理与相应的对照相比表现最佳,提高了叶绿素含量、增加根系活力、促进幼苗生长。通过从西瓜的营养生长及生理指标的影响进行综合判断,讨论认为几种药剂处理有利于西瓜的壮苗培育,可有效的降低枯萎病的蔓延。

Abstract: According to present situation of sand watermelon production, the purpose of this study is to improve plant disease resistance and yield. The authors measured the effect of spraying treatments on growth and physiological indexes of watermelon seedlings by using 4 chemical medicaments (Duoning copper sulfate calcium, Meianqi captan, Aigennuo additives, PCNB). The results showed that: after chemical treatments, Aigennuo additives had the best performance with increasing chlorophyll content, root activity and promoting seedling growth. Based on the effects of nutrition and physiological indexes of watermelon, we made a conclusion that the 4 medicaments were in favor of watermelon seedling cultivation and could effectively reduce the spread of fusarium wilt.
