高蛋白大豆“秦豆2014”的选育及栽培技术研究

Breeding and Cultivation Techniques of High Protein Soybean‘Qindou 2014’

摘要: 本文介绍了高蛋白大豆新品种‘秦豆2014’的选育过程,我们用自育高蛋白品系96E218作母本,高产品种濮豆10号作父本进行有性杂交,采用摘荚混合法处理分离后代选育而成。通过品比试验、区域试验和生产试验,证明了该品种具有高产稳产,抗病性强,适应性广,蛋白质含量高(粗蛋白含量47.79%)的突出特点。经过播期试验和密度试验,确定了该品种的最佳播期和最适密度。最后,文章讨论了高蛋白大豆品种的选育方法和推广模式。

Abstract: This study introduced the breeding process of the new high protein soybean variety‘Qindou 2014’. We used the self-cultivating high-protein line 96E218 as the female parent and the high-yield variety‘Pudou 10’as the male parent for sexual cross-breeding. The offsprings were separated and selected by pod-picking mixing method. Through the product comparison test, regional test and production test, it proved that‘Qindou 2014’had the following characteristics, high yield and stable yield, strong disease resistance, wide adaptability and high protein content (47.79% crude protein content). After sowing date and density test, the best sowing date and the optimum density of the variety were determined. Finally, we also discussed the breeding methods and promotion models of high-protein soybean varieties.
