N-nitro-2,4,6-trifluoroaniline Affects Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Rice

摘要:

研究旨在探究N-硝基-2,4,6-三氟苯胺对水稻的植物生长调节活性,为N-硝基-2,4,6-三氟苯胺的应用开发提供理论基础。采用纸床发芽法、平皿法和水培法,研究了N-硝基-2,4,6-三氟苯胺对水稻发芽参数、水稻秧苗根系活力和形态指标的影响。结果表明:2.5 mg/L的N-硝基-2,4,6-三氟苯胺浸种后,水稻种子的生活力都有所提高,α-淀粉酶活性显著增强,发芽率升高,根长茎长显著增加。2.5~5 mg/L的N-硝基-2,4,6-三氟苯胺对水稻秧苗的主根和侧根在根长,根系比表面积都有促进作用,根系分生更加活跃,根系活力有所增强。低浓度N-硝基-2,4,6-三氟苯胺对水稻的生长发育具有较好的促进作用,该化合物有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:

To explore the plant growth regulating activity of N-nitro-2,4,6-trifluoroaniline for rice and provide a basis for the practical application of N-nitro-2,4,6-trifluoroaniline, the effects of N-nitro-2,4,6-trifluoroaniline on rice germination parameters, root activity and morphological indexes of rice seedlings were investigated by paper germination method, Perti dish method and soilless cultivation method. The results showed that after presoaking seeds in the 2.5 mg/L N-nitro-2,4,6-trifluoroaniline, the viability of rice seeds was promoted, the activity of α-amylase was significantly enhanced, the germination rate, root length and stem length were all increased significantly. The length of main root and lateral root, root surface area of rice seedlings were promoted with the treatment of 2.5-5 mg/L N-nitro-2,4,6-trifluoroaniline. Root meristem was more active, and the activity of root system was enhanced. The lower concentration of N-nitro-2,4,6-trifluoroaniline promotes the growth and development of rice, thus N-nitro-2,4,6-trifluoroaniline compound has certain application prospects.
