油茶产量与果实主要经济性状相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Camellia oleifera Yield and Main Fruit Economic Character

摘要:

研究油茶产量与果实主要经济性状之间的关系以及主要经济性状间的相关性,以期为油茶良种选育提供科学依据。以35个油茶无性系为试验对象,连续3年测定产量和果实主要经济性状,结合相关性分析和回归分析对性状指标之间的关系进行评价。除单果重外,单籽重、鲜出籽率、种仁含油率、果油率等主要经济性状在不同年度均有显著差异,果实主要经济性状的变异程度从高到低依次为种仁含油率>鲜出籽率>单籽重=果油率>单果重;产量与果实主要经济性状之间有拮抗关系,株产果量与单籽重、鲜出籽率和果油率均呈极显著负相关,与种仁含油率呈显著负相关,与单果重呈负相关,但不显著;以单籽重(x2)、种仁含油率(x4)为自变量,株产果量(y)为因变量的多元回归方程y=23.798-2.920x2-0.249x4。在同等条件下,单籽重和种仁含油率对产量的抑制作用最大,在进行油茶良种选育时,不能一味追求单一性状的最大化,而应根据目标性状之间的关系综合考虑。

Abstract:

In this study, the relationship between the yield of Camellia oleifera and the main economic characters of the fruit was researched, as well as the correlation among the main economic characters, to provide scientific basis for the breeding of improved varieties of C. oleifera. As experimental objects, the yield and main economic characters of 35 clones’ fruit were measured for three consecutive years, to evaluate the relationship between the trait indicators by correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that: in addition to single fruit weight, major economic traits such as single seed weight, rate of fresh seed, oil rate of kernel and fruit had significant differences in different years. The variation degree of major economic traits of fruits from high to low was in the order of oil rate of kernel> rate of fresh seed> single seed weight= oil rate of fruit> single fruit weight. There was an antagonistic relationship between yield and main economic traits of fruit. The fruit yield per plant had an extremely significant negative correlation with single seed weight, rate of fresh seed, and oil rate of fruit, a significant negative correlation with oil rate of kernel, and a negative correlation with single fruit weight, but not significant; the multiple regression equation was y=23.798-2.920x2-0.249x4, with single seed weight (x2) and oil rate of kernel (x4) as independent variables, fruit yield per plant (y) as dependent variables. In summary, single seed weight and oil rate of kernel had the greatest inhibitory effect on yield under the same conditions. The maximization of a single trait should not be pursued when selecting improved varieties of C. oleifera, but a comprehensive consideration should be made based on the relationship between target traits.
