不同草莓品种对温度的光合响应研究

Studies on Photosynthesis Response of Three Strawberry Cultivars to Different Temperatures

摘要:

通过测定温室中不同温度条件下3个草莓品种的光响应曲线,研究温度与光照条件对草莓光合特征的影响。以草莓品种‘晶瑶’、‘红颊’和‘公四莓一号’为材料,比较25、30、35℃条件下其光合特征参数的差异。结果表明:(1)同一温度条件下,随着光合有效辐射的提高,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均呈先升后降的趋势,而胞间CO2浓度呈明显下降趋势;(2)在25~35℃范围内,随着温度的上升,‘晶瑶’、‘红颊’的光饱和点、表观量子效率、光饱和光合速率提高,而光补偿点降低;在25~30℃范围内,‘公四莓一号’的光饱和点、表观量子效率、光饱和光合速率在30℃时最高,而光补偿点最低;(3)‘晶瑶’、‘红颊’在温度35℃时,光合有效辐射为1050 μmol/(m2?s)条件下具最高光合速率;公四莓一号在30℃,光合有效辐射为1200 μmol/(m2?s)条件下具最高光合速率。

Abstract:

Effects of photosynthesis response to different temperature and light condition were studied according to measure the light curves of three strawberry cultivars in greenhouse. The differences of photosynthesis characteristic parameters were studied using ‘Jingyao’, ‘Hongjia’ and ‘Gongsimeiyihao’ as materials under 25, 30 and 35℃ conditions. The results showed that: (1)photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate increased first then decreased while the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased with the higher photosynthetic active radiation under same temperature conditions. (2)The light saturation point, apparent quantum efficiency, light-saturated photosynthetic rate of strawberry cultivar ‘Hongjia’ and ‘Gongsimeiyihao’ were promoted while light compensation points of them were lower by the rising temperature in the range of 25-35℃. To strawberry ‘Gongsimeiyihao’, light saturation point, apparent quantum efficiency, light saturated photosynthetic rate was highest while the light compensation point was lowest when the temperature was 30℃ among three treatments in the rage of 25-35℃. (3)Optimal photosynthesis conditions of ‘Jingyao’ and ‘Hongjia’ was 35℃ and 1050 μmol/ (m2?s) photosynthetic active radiation, to strawberry cultivar ‘Gongsimeiyihao’, the optimal photosynthesis condition was 35℃ and 1200 μmol/(m2?s) photosynthetic active radiation.
