盛花期湿害胁迫对芝麻两种种植方式影响的研究

Effects of Waterlogging Tolerance at the Full Flowering Stage of the Sesame in Two Planting Patterns

摘要:

为了阐明盛花期湿害胁迫对不同种植方式芝麻影响的差异,在芝麻盛花期即始花后28天,对垄作和平作2种种植方式的芝麻进行湿害处理,撤水后调查2种种植方式芝麻的萎蔫面积、萎蔫株率、病害发生程度等指标,测定不同生育时期芝麻的干物质积累量,成熟期进行室内考种并测产,计算投入产出比,比较经济效益。结果表明:垄作比平作能有效减轻湿害造成的芝麻萎蔫、倒伏、叶枯病和茎点枯病的发生;盛花期湿害对2种种植方式的芝麻生长都有抑制作用,但对垄作芝麻的影响较小;湿害对2种种植方式芝麻的农艺性状和产量有很大影响,且对平作的影响大于垄作,其差异性大小为单株蒴数 > 单株产量 > 单产 > 有效果轴长度 > 有效果节数 > 株高,显著性差异达极显著水平,蒴果长度的差异达显著水平,对蒴粒数、千粒重的差异影响不显著;垄作、平作的投入产出比分别为1:2.86、1:2.04,垄作芝麻每公顷可增加纯收益5492.7元。

Abstract:

Effects of waterlogging tolerance at the full flowering stage of the sesame in differences planting patterns. The sesame in ridge planting and flat planting patterns were treated by waterlogging at full flowering stage (after 28 days of early flowering), and surveyed area of wilting plant, rate of wilting plant, degree of disease occurrence and other indicators of the sesame in two planting patterns after the sprinkler of water, determined dry matter accumulation of sesame at the different stages, tested species and determined yield indoor in maturity stage, calculated input-output ratio, compared economic benefit. The results showed that ridge planting pattern were effective better than flat planting pattern at the occurring of sesame wilting, lodging, leaf spot, stem blight; waterlogging at full flowering stage were inhibition to sesame in two planting patterns, but was letter to ridge planting sesame, waterlogging significant impacted the agronomic traits and yield of the sesame in two planting patterns, and the impact of the sesame in flat planting pattern was greater than the sesame in ridge planting pattern, which, Significance test showed that the differences were capsules per plant > yield per plant > yield > length of capsule axis > capsule nodes per plant > height per plant, and significant test was highly significant, the difference of length per capsule was significant, the differences of seeds per capsule and 1000 seeds weight were not significant. Input-output ratio of ridge planting sesame and flat planting sesame were 1:2.86 and1:2.04, ridge planting sesame increased in net income per hectare was 5 492.7 yuan.
