‘蛇龙珠’亲缘关系鉴定在营养系选种中的应用

摘要:

对所收集的烟台及周边地区具有典型差异的‘蛇龙珠’进行亲缘关系分析,并将其与‘赤霞珠’、‘品丽珠’之间的亲缘关系进行验证,为优良酿酒葡萄营养系筛选提供理论依据。研究利用RAPD和PCR技术,对8个蛇龙珠营养系及‘赤霞珠’、‘品丽珠’进行遗传多样性分析,结果表明:E-03、E-04、E-06、E-07和E-08之间没有差异,E-01、E-02、E-05之间有一定差别。‘蛇龙珠’各营养系与‘品丽珠’之间亲缘关系较近,与‘赤霞珠’较远。对‘蛇龙株’进行营养系筛选可缩小到4个营养系进行进一步筛选。

Abstract:

The research analyzed the ‘Cabernet Gernischts’ with typical differences collected in Yantai and the surrounding areas and testifies the genetic relation between ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Cabernet Franc’, providing supporting theoretical evidence for the screening of the excellent vinifera clones. By adopting RAPD and PCR technology as well as analyzing the genetic varieties of 8 ‘Cabernet Gernischt’ clones and ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Cabernet Franc’, it can be concluded that there is no discrepancy among E-03, E-04, E-06, E-07and E-08; while difference existed in E-01, E-02 and E-05 to some extent. All clones of ‘Cabernet Gernischts’ were similar to those of ‘Cabernet Franc’, but more different from ‘Caberner Sauvignon’. The screening of ‘Cabernet Gernischt’ can be narrowed down to 4 clones.
