白灵菇液体菌种培养条件研究

摘要： 以菌丝生物量，菌球密度，菌球直径为指标，探讨了白灵菇液体菌种最适培养条件。结果表明：最适培养基为蔗糖2.0%，玉米粉3.0%，蛋白胨0.2% ，麸皮4.0%，磷酸二氢钾0.3 %，硫酸镁0.1%，硫酸钙 0.1%；摇瓶装液量100ml/250ml，接种量10%，起始 pH 为6.5，摇瓶转速160r/min，培养时间为6d。

Abstract: The appropriate medium and culture conditions of Pleurotus nebrodensis liquid spawn were studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal composition of the medium: sucrose 2.0%, corn powder 3.0%, peptone 0.2%, wheat bran 4.0%, KH2PO4 0.3%, MgSO4?7H2O 0.1%, CaSO4 0.1%；And the optimal culture conditions: Shaking rate 150r/min, initial pH6.5, inoculation rate 10%, volume 100ml/250ml and culture day 6d.
