Abstract: For promoting the sustainable development of country tourism, and to solve employment pressure of rural surplus labor force, and to help solve the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmer, we must pay more attention to the community participation. On the basis of analysis of the situation of community participation in country tourism of China and the summarization of the patterns used at home and broad, this thesis comes up with some solutions, which conclude enhancing cognition, deeply analyzing the meaning, advocating intensely, enhancing communication, adjusting measures to local conditions, strengthening training and so on.
