摘要: 对从国内外引进的170个芝麻菜品种,采用水杨酸-浓硫酸方法进行了硝酸盐含量的测定,结果表明芝麻菜基因型间硝酸盐含量存在显著差异,可划分为硝酸盐含量高和硝酸盐含量低的品种类群。

Abstract: The genotypic differences of nitrate content in 170 Arugula cultivars were studied. The results showed that the there were significant differences of nitrate content among different cultivars of Arugula. The cultivars of high and low nitrate content have been grouped by analysis based on the experiment data.
