摘要:

本文采用灰色关联度分析方法,分析了来自CIMMYT的Pob45、Pob46、Pob69、Pob70四个改良群体自交系的玉米淀粉含量和穗部性状的关系,得出与淀粉含量关系密切的穗部性状是:穗重>行粒数>百粒重>穗粗>穗长>穗行数。玉米淀粉主要存在于胚乳细胞中,而胚乳重量占玉米籽粒90%以上。因此,选择行粒数多、百粒重大的材料有利于得到淀粉含量高的自交系。

Abstract:

The grey relational degree between starch content and characters in CIMMYT Pob45, Pob46, Pob69, Pob70 was analyzed in this article. The grey relational degree order is ranged from maximum to minimum: ear weight> seeds of line>100-kernel weight>ear wide> ear length >Lines of ear. The corn starch mainly exists in the endosperm cell, but the endosperm weight occupies the corn grain over 90%.Therefore, a high-starch corn inbred would be chosen from the more seeds of line and heavy 100-kernel weight in breeding materials.
