河南省非洲猪瘟感染情况筛查

Detection Of ASF Infection Condition In Henan

摘要:

目的:对河南省猪瘟(CSF)流行区的猪群进行非洲猪瘟(ASF)感染的排查;方法:利用猪瘟抗原捕获ELISA试剂盒对27个猪场的猪瘟疑似病料进行CSFV鉴定,并用区别猪瘟强弱毒的RT-PCR检测方法鉴定猪瘟疑似病料。与此同时针对ASFV VP73蛋白基因设计一对引物利用PCR方法对ASFV进行排查;结果:河南省CSFV流行区没有ASFV的感染;且RT-PCR对CSFV的检出率高于ELISA ,两者差异显著。结果表明,尽管目前中国作为俄罗斯的邻国存在ASFV的威胁,但中国河南仍没有ASFV感染。

Abstract:

Detection of ASF infection in CSF epidemiological area of HeNan province; Methods: Suspected- CSF histologic materials of 27 pig farms in HeNan were detected and identified by the commercial antigen-capture ELISA assay and RT-PCR for Detection and Differentiation of Wild-type and Vaccine Viruses of Classical Swine Fever Virus (CSFV) . At the same time, Primers were designed according to the nucleotide sequence of VP73 gene of African swine fever virus(ASFV) and PCR assays were performed to Screen ASF infection; Result: None ASF infection were found in CSF epidemiological area of HeNan province; The detection rate of CSFV by RT- PCR was higher than that by the commercial antigen-capture ELISA assay, the difference was significant. Results showed that none ASF infection was found in HeNan province, though ASFV threat was existed in China as a neighboring country of Russia now.
