Genetic Analysis of ‘Cabernet’ Family Strains in Grape Growing Areas of Yantai

摘要:

探讨酿酒葡萄‘蛇龙珠’等‘Cabernet’品系之间的亲缘关系,为筛选优良酿酒葡萄品种提供依据。研究采用RAPD和SSR扩增技术,对6种‘Cabernet’进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明6种酿酒葡萄在系统树上划分为2大类群,虽然在遗传上4个‘蛇龙珠’品系与‘品丽珠’及‘赤霞珠’都存在差异,但这4个‘蛇龙珠’品系并未形成单独的类群;从系统树中可以初步推断,蛇龙珠品系很可能是逐步从‘品丽珠’中通过性状筛选而获得的品系;相对独立的‘蛇龙珠’品种聚集的现象为优良酿酒葡萄品种的选育提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:

The genetic diversity analysis of the 6 kinds of ‘Cabernet’, which were planted in grape growing areas of Yantai, was made by RAPD and SSR techniques for clearing the phylogenetic relationships of the wine grape strains of ‘Cabernet Gernischt’ and other ‘Cabernet’ strains, and for further selecting the fine wine grape. The results showed that the 6 kinds of ‘Cabernet’ could be divided to two groups in the phyogenetic tree. Although the inheritances of the 4 kinds of ‘Cabernet Gernischt’ were different from the ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’, or from the ‘Cabernet Franc’, the 4 kinds of ‘Cabernet Gernischts’ were not fallen under one group. We guess that the ‘Cabernet Gernischts’ might be the strain obtained by characteristic selection from the ‘Cabernet Franc’. The gather of the ‘Qixianan Cabernet Gernischt’ and the ‘Xingfu Cabernet Gernischt’ offer a basis for selecting the excellent grape strains.
