Abstract:

It is a fundamental and urgent subject to construct a scientific and effective homestead transfer mechanism. Based on the actual survey data of 456 households in Jiangxi Province, the authors used Logit regression model to analyze the impact of family economic endowment and policy cognition on the farmers' homestead circulation intention. The results showed that the proportion of non-agricultural income, household savings and per capita annual income in the family economic endowment had significant positive effects on the rural household land transfer willingness. In the policy cognition, the households' cognition of “one household one house” and the circulation regulation had obviously negative influence on the rural household land circulation intention. Therefore, it is necessary to further increase the non-agricultural employment opportunities, improve the working and commercial environment for farmers, speed up the establishment of “one household one house” supporting system, and build a more reasonable and operational policy system for the homestead circulation.

Key words: household, family economic endowment, policy recognition, homestead circulation intention, Jiangxi
