Abstract:

The study aims to screen highly efficient bactericides against the kiwifruit canker and determine matching field application methods for disease prevention and control. The tube plate method was used to determine the virulence of 10 bactericides, single-factor random block design was used in field experiment, and water was taken as check. The results showed that four bactericides, 80% ethylicin, 0.15% tetramycin, 3% zhongshengmycin and 98% oxytetracycline, had better control efficacy with inhibition zone more than 40 mm, and the bacteriostasis rate was 70.49%, 70.49%, 68.85% and 65.57%, respectively. The transparency was above +++. 80% ethylicin had the best antibacterial effect with the indoor toxicity EC50 of 0.4978 mg/L. Field efficacy trials showed that 400 times diluted ethylicin had the best control efficiency of 68.77%. The best drug-delivery way was root-irrigation + trunk injection, the control efficiency reached 71.41%. 80% ethylicin and its matching application methods can provide a new way for preventing kiwifruit canker.
