Abstract:

The paper aims to analyze the modernity reconstruction of rural culture and explore the modernity reconstruction path of rural culture on the basis of building the theoretical framework of cultural transition in the perspective of rural revitalization strategy. Through the analysis of the internal conformity logic, the necessity and the urgency of the modernity reconstruction of rural culture, according to the logical thinking of clarifying the subject, defining the goal and exploring the path, the author established the strategy system of self-confidence reconstruction of rural culture with ideological consensus, institutional arrangements, policy implementation and governance operation which conformed to China’s national conditions; clarified that “modern villagers” were the main body of reconstruction of rural culture, cultural self-confidence could be achieved through strengthening cultural identity, cultivating “modern villagers”, cultural innovation and cultural integration.
