Abstract:

Based on the efficacy, persistence and seedling safety of the pesticide, the drug application technology suitable for flos lonicerae powdery mildew was screened. The effects of 5% chitosan oligosaccharide water agent, 10% hexaconazole suspension, 50% sulfur suspension and their combination on powdery mildew of flos lonicerae were compared 7 days after the first application, and 7 days and 14 days after the second application. At 7 days after the first application, 7 days and 14 days after the second application, the incidence and disease index of powdery mildew treated with different agents were significantly lower than those treated with water. The control effect was the best under the treatment of 5% chitosan oligosaccharide water agent+ 10% hexaconazole suspension, and reached 89.13% 14 days after the second application. The control effects of 50% sulfur suspension and 5% chitosan oligosaccharide water+ 50% sulfur suspension were relatively poor, but could still reach 81.71% and 80.80%, respectively. All the three agents and their compound combinations have a good control effect, and the dosage of hexaconazole could be reduced when the biological pesticide chitosan oligosaccharide is combined with hexaconazole, and the combination works the best.
