Abstract:

To explore the effect of nano-silver prepared from tea extract on the biosafety of soil microorganisms, the nano-silver used as antibacterial materials were synthesized by plant reduction method, and prepared into 1000 mg/L nano-silver spray. Then, we analyzed nano-silver’s impact on soil microbial diversity and richness. The results showed that the population of microorganisms was similar in the soil samples of blank control group (CK) and experimental group (Nano-Ag), but the richness of microorganisms was different. In both the experimental group and the blank control group, the Coverage value was high (Coverage>99.71%), the Shannon index was high (Shannon>5.46), and the Simpson index was low (Simpson<0.02), while ACE index and Chao index had little difference between CK and Nano-Ag group (ACE<2, Chao<6). In addition, the nano-silver inhibited the growth of Proteobacteria (Alphaproteobacteria) and Actinobacteria (Thermoleophilia), but promoted the growth of Chloroflexi (Ktedonobacteria). This study verifies that nano-silver has a certain degree of biosafety, which will broaden the potential application scope of nano-sliver and lay a foundation for the further application of nanomaterials in environmental and medical fields.
