Abstract:

soil quality of arable land is the guarantee of agricultural products quality and safety. Taking the purple soil in Chongqing as the research object, this paper analyzed and discussed the influence of lime and organic materials on cadmium-contaminated soil and the transformation mechanism of soil Cd morphology through an indoor simulation test. The results showed that the application of remediation agents in the soil could enhance soil pH, OM content and CEC and transform Cd from an acid-extractable state to oxidizable, reducible, and residual states, thus reducing its activity. The effect of lime with organic material application on soil Cd passivation was better than that of lime alone treatment, in which the lime + oilcans treatment showed the best passivation effect with the highest reduction of 52.56% ineffective Cd content, the proportion of acid-extractable Cd dropped to 35%. The results showed that the number of bacterial communities was significantly and positively correlated with Cd activity, the Cd stress level set by the experiment had a stimulating effect on soil bacterial growth, and the bacterial growth curves of each treatment tended to converge after the application of the remediator, showing a consistent trend.
