Abstract:

In order to provide a reference basis for screening excellent kiwifruit varieties, two local main varieties and four introduced varieties in Tai’an city were used as experimental materials to measure the physiological indexes related to leaves. The diurnal variation of photosynthesis and photosynthetic light response (Pn-PAR) of six kiwifruit varieties were measured using portable photosynthesis measurement system, and the correlation between net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and transpiration rate (Tr) was analyzed. The results showed that ‘Xuxiang’ had the highest light adaptation range, its apparent photosynthetic quantum yield was 0.067, and the light saturation point was 1632 μmol/(m2·s), the difference between light saturation point and light compensation point was 1600 μmol/(m2·s). The maximum net photosynthetic rate of ‘Taishan No.1’ was 18.45 μmol/(m2·s), the highest light use efficiency was 1.26%, which was the highest among the six kiwifruit varieties. According to comprehensive analysis, ‘Xuxiang’ and ‘Taishan No.1’ had the best photosynthetic characteristics. Correlation analysis was conducted with net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration as variables. It was found that stomatal conductance and transpiration rate had a significant positive correlation with net photosynthetic rate of kiwifruit, while intercellular CO2 concentration and net photosynthetic rate had a significant negative correlation.
