Abstract: The eco-environment of Ningxia rural is very easy to be destroyed, and very difficult to father. Therefore, this text investigated and studied the environment current situations of Ningxia rural. Discovered that have some problems in Ningxia rural, such as sewage irrigate cause soil polluted; enterprises of villages and towns lead grave pollution; the use of fertilizer、 pesticide and plastic film result in pollution; The utilize rate of straw is very low and living garbage disposal rate is not high. For these problems, the text put forward some countermeasures. Such as reinforce management of agriculture water source and the region of sewage irrigation and enforce whole process management of the produce, transport, sell of fertilizers and pesticides; continue develop multi-use of straw in order to improve the use rate of straws; develop agriculture models that fit Ningxia conditions; raise money that accelerate the construct of environmental protect industry and basic establishment etc. Through these countermeasures promote the harmonious development of economy、social and environment in Ningxia rural.
